Rosemount 1195 Integral Orifice Flow Meter
The Rosemount™ 1195 Integral Orifice Flow Meter is a high-precision differential pressure flow meter, ideal for measuring any vapor flow, clean gas or liquid in small pipe applications. It performs at its best, in terms of delivering accurate and consistent measurements, when used in single-phase flow or steam flow above the saturation temperature.
Offered with a variety of materials and process connections, the 1195 is engineered with few installation and maintenance requirements. It achieves greater installed performance and prevents installation mistakes that are amplified in small lines by utilizing a precision-honed pipe section, self-centering plate and tight machining tolerances. This flow meter is capable of being directly mounted to any Rosemount™ differential pressure transmitter to produce a complete flow monitoring system, which is beneficial in many environments and applications.
The Rosemount™ 1195 Integral Orifice Flow Meter is accurate up to ±0.75% of flow rate. It offers a maximum temperature range of 450°F in customary, direct mount applications and a maximum temperature of 850°F (with high temperature option selected) for remote mount applications.
